I was just ready for something different, and more breathable since it is very hot here in Texas!

This bit is taken straight from the description on their site: "Prometheus is a silk hair system with a lace front. Prometheus has a silk top base, with half an inch lace front, and 1 inch of thin PU around the sides and the back. For the silk top, a tri-layer system is used, meaning that when the hair is knotted, the knots are concealed between the layers. The hair is then injected through the silk, making the knots 100% invisible and giving the illusion that the hair is growing from your own scalp."

You can see this in the second photo! And, I can attest that it really does look like it's growing from my scalp! Now, full PU bases usually give that illusion, as well, but this is where breathability becomes an issue! Lace also looks convincing, but you may still have to worry about the knots being noticeable, especially if you choose a darker hair color.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This particular piece only comes in 2 stock colors, "off-black" and "natural human hair black", but they can make a custom one for you, if you want something different.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
