If your hair is thinning or shedding more quickly than usual, you should be concerned because this is an indication of baldness. The majority of people lose their hair as they become older. Some people notice thinning on top of their heads, some see a receding hairline, particularly men, and others notice a widening hair partition.

Hair baldness is frequently linked to genetics and the natural aging process. Sometimes, baldness can happen because of an underlying medical issue. But the good news is you can grow back the hair in bald areas.

In this article, we will explore all those remedies that can help you grow back your hair in bald areas.

Natural and Essential Oils Promote Hair Growth

We all heard about the benefits of natural oils from our mothers and grandmothers while growing up. How natural oil can aid in hair growth.  We, on the other hand, never paid attention to them. We know that these natural oils are the secret ingredient of their long and healthy hair.

Most of you must be regretting not listening to them. But it is never too late to make amends. If you incorporate natural oils into your hair care routine even now, you can regrow your hair.

Certain natural oils are considered the best for baldness treatment and hair regrowth. When we see celebrities, we frequently wonder how they maintain healthy-looking hair despite using chemical-based solutions.

We instinctively believe celebrities use cosmetics costing thousands of rupees on their hair. But the truth is these celebs depend on natural remedies like us.

Coconut Oil: You'll be surprised to learn that coconut oil is a holy grail for many A-list Hollywood celebrities when it comes to hair care. For their healthy hair, Khloe Kourtney, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Aniston, and Mandy Moore have admitted in numerous interviews that coconut oil is a part of their hair care routine. Coconut oil is rich in essential vitamins and fatty acids that nurture the scalp and go through the hair cuticle. Coconut oil is also high in antioxidants, which help to protect the scalp and hair fibers.

Castor oil:  with its high ricin oleic acid content, castor oil has the power to boost blood flow to the scalp, strengthening hair follicles and preventing hair loss. Ricin oleic acid increases hair development by improving the health of hair follicles.

Argon Oil: Phenols are chemicals found in argon oil. These, combined with antioxidants, help fortify hair follicles and stimulate cell growth on the scalp. The vitamins in this oil help maintain a healthy scalp, promoting hair development while ensuring that new hair strands are thicker and healthier.

Rosemary Oil: Rosemary oil is thought to have potent anti-inflammatory qualities that aid in skin and scalp healing. Rosemary oil has been shown to promote hair development in alopecia aerate, androgen etic alopecia, and psoriatic alopecia, among other conditions.

Other oils that can help you regrow hair include peppermint oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, lavender oil, thyme oil, black seed oil, cedar wood oil, and lemon oil.

Just warm the oil before applying it to hair and massage it for 5 to 10 minutes; a proper massage can stimulate blood flow.

Onion Water

We all know that onions are healthy for our overall health, but we don't always realize how good they are for our hair. Onion contains sulfur, which helps promote strong and healthy hair and collagen formation.

The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial qualities of Onion water can reverse grey hair and increase hair growth, preventing hair loss.

Mixing two tablespoons of onion juice with a tablespoon of honey and applying it to hair can have tremendous results. It will not only regrow hair but will add shine to your hair.

It's crucial to remember that leaving it in your hair for an extended period will rob your hair of its natural oils. Keep it in your hair for 25 to 30 minutes. If you want the best results, repeat this treatment twice a week.

Apple Cider Vinegar

We've heard that putting a spoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water and drinking it first thing in the morning can help us lose weight. However, there are a slew of other advantages to using cider. Apple cider has been utilized to achieve lustrous hair since ancient times.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) gently exfoliates the scalp and kills bacteria, so it's a good idea to include it in your hair care routine. It encourages new hair growth and makes hair healthier. Certain hair products alter the pH balance; nevertheless, apple cider can raise the pH level of your hair.

Instead of using it directly in your hair, dilute a tablespoon of it in a cup of water and apply it to your hair. Don't leave the cider in your hair for over half an hour.

Eggs Help Hair Regrowth

Eggs are high in protein, an essential component of healthy hair. Applying an egg to your hair can work miracles. The minerals and vitamins found in eggs can benefit Hair follicles. It nourishes the scalp and promotes the growth of new, healthier hair that is less prone to breakage and shedding.

It is essential to note that egg white and egg yolk both are effective for hair growth, so use both.  Eggs include nutrients that help strengthen your hair, heal bald areas, and encourage hair to regenerate.

You can mix an egg with one tablespoon of castor oil and apply it to your hair, leaving it on for two hours before washing it with a sulphate-free shampoo. It can also be used as a conditioner.

Rice Water for Hair Growth

You probably already know that the amino acids in rice water encourage hair growth, boost hair volume, and make hair smooth and lustrous. It's high in vitamins B, C, and E, aiding hair development.

It contains carbohydrates, minerals, and vitamins that help maintain a healthy follicular environment on the scalp.

Wash two tablespoons of water and place them in a cup of water overnight. The next day, apply the water to your hair and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes before rinsing it.

Final Words

It's crucial to note that while these remedies can help your hair regrow, you must use them consistently for them to work correctly. After 2 to 3 months, you will see benefits.

If your diet is poor, you will not be able to benefit from these remedies since you will be missing out on vital nutrients that support hair health. If you continue to lose hair, you should see your doctor. It could be the result of an underlying health problem.
