Genes can cause balding early 20s

Male pattern baldness, which is the most common cause of early hair loss is hereditary. Take a look at your father or grandfather. Are they bald already or maybe they have thin hair? And contrary to popular belief, you can inherit it from both sides of the family, not just from your dad. What you need to know about is that there is no known cure for it. It can also lead to permanent hair loss. This doesn't mean, however, that people with MPB have no choice but to go bald for the rest of their lives. If you have MPB, you can still enjoy having hair by wearing a wig.

Poor diet of young people

If you are losing hair, then one of the things that you need to look at is your diet. Just like other parts of your body, your hair needs proper nutrition for it to grow healthy and strong. The following nutrients are required for healthy hair: magnesium, calcium, iron, biotin, zinc, Vitamin A, and B-Vitamins. If your diet lacks any of these nutrients, you can suffer from hair loss. It may be difficult to get all these nutrients from food. What you can do is to get a quality food supplement that contains all of the nutrients mentioned above. Of course, you still need to strive to eat healthily.

Stress can be very bad for health. It can cause a lot of health issues. So it's not surprising to find out that it can also cause hair loss. It's so common for young people to be under tremendous pressure nowadays. There's pressure from work, family, and from their social circle. The pressure they are feeling can all lead to stress. If you believe that your hair loss is caused by stress, then what you can do is try to do things that can relieve stress. You can try breathing exercises or even meditation. Don't forget to take a break from time to time, especially if the main cause of your stress is your work.

Drinking and smoking: reasons for balding early 20s

Many young adults in their 20s like to party and have fun. Many of them like to drink and smoke as well. While having a few drinks every now and then is not alright, frequent drinking can cause health issues including hair loss. And you're already probably aware of the damage that is caused by smoking to one's health. So you may want to quit as soon as possible if you do care for your health. Try to find ways of having fun that doesn't include drinking and smoking. If you can't quit alcohol completely, then at least try to minimize your intake. As far as smoking is concerned, there's really nothing good that can come out of it. If your hair loss is caused by drinking and smoking, then you can expect your hair to grow back after you stopped these two habits.

Health problems can cause hair loss

If you're experiencing balding early 20s, then it's also a good idea to visit your doctor for a check-up. Some health problems can cause hair loss. Thyroid disease, ringworm, and alopecia areata can all cause hair loss. After you get treated for the disease that is causing hair loss, there is a strong chance that you'll grow your hair back. Falling hair can be a sign of poor health. So you can consider it as a warning sign. On the other hand, having healthy hair can be considered a sign that you're at the peak of health. So you should check on the health of your hair often.
